LVL Production Flow & Steps

Step 1:
Peeling and rotary cutting

Debark logs and peel into uniform veneer sheets, then clip to required sizes.

Step 2:
Veneer arrangement

Dry, grade, apply adhesive, and lay veneers in the specified orientation for strength.

Step 3:
Heat compress

Hot-press the lay-up to cure the adhesive and consolidate into a solid LVL billet.

Step 4:
Finished board slitting

Trim and slit the billet to final widths/lengths; sand and QC before packing.
